    Cancellation/ No Show Policy for Counselling Appointment
             
    We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies, or obligations for work or family. However, if you do not advise us of your intention to cancel an appointment, this prevents our team from connecting other clients to important opportunities for treatment.

    1. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the fee agreed upon with your practitioner. This 50% fee must be paid prior to booking any future sessions.
    If you cancel your appointment at least 24hrs in advance there will be no penalty.

    Scheduled Appointments

    2. We understand that delays can happen, however if any client is 15 minutes past the time of their scheduled appointment, we will reschedule the appointment.

    Account balance
    ​3. We will require that clients with outstanding balances pay their account balances to zero (0) prior to receiving further services. Clients who have questions about their bills may call and ask so they can review their account and concerns.
    Clients with balances over $50 must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
